Million Dollar Sleepover
Smart Worksheet

Hey girl — welcome to the party. One sheet for the whole Sleepover: what you bring, what the room sees for you, and what you actually do with it. Everything saves as you type.

Loading…
Before you startEvery Sleepover is curated by hand, and this is what your host builds the room from — she's looking for a table where every woman's ask has at least two people who can actually answer it. So don't overthink it (I know you want to), but do be specific. "Intros to hospital procurement" gives her something to work with. "Networking" doesn't. Save and come back any time.

First, the basics

2 min
One sentence is plenty. If you find yourself needing two, you're describing two things — pick the one you want this room's help with.
0 / 140

What do you need help with?

4 min
Choose two — and only two. That's not us being stingy, it's what makes matching possible: a woman who needs everything can't be matched with anyone. Two is what fits in one night.
0 of 2 chosen
The concrete version. "I need three intros to school district buyers" is something the room can hand you before dessert. "I need marketing help" is something they'll nod at.

What skills can you assist with?

4 min
Up to three. Tick what you could genuinely help a woman with in half an hour on a Sunday — and be generous with yourself here. You almost certainly know more than you think you do.
0 of 3 chosen
Worlds where you know actual human beings — not worlds you find interesting. Up to four.
0 of 4 chosen
Pick the one that's most true. Your host balances these so no table ends up as six strategists and nobody who closes.

Now the honest part

4 min
Who sees these answersOnly your host. They never appear anywhere the other women can reach — her dashboard sits behind a passcode she set herself. Being straight with you though: it's stored in this app, so think of that passcode as a lock on a door rather than a safe. If something is too tender for that, save it and tell her face to face.
The one you'd feel a bit shy saying at the table. Say it here first.
Name the bottleneck, not the goal. "I freeze when it's time to send the invoice" is workable. "I want to grow" isn't.

One last thing

1 min
Investors, exes, direct competitors, your boss. Optional, no explanation needed — she'll just quietly seat you elsewhere.

Ready? Send it over.

This drops your answers onto your host's dashboard. Nothing here is final — come back any time, change your mind, send it again, and the new version replaces the old one.
Your job tonight is beautifully simpleOne woman sits in the hot seat at a time. While she's there, everyone else listens for three things and writes them down for her: an idea, a connection, and a next move. That's it. When your turn comes, your hands are empty and the whole room is writing for you — and what they write lands on your Synthesis page.

Who's in the hot seat?

Tap her name when she sits down. A filled dot means you've already written something for her.
Loading the circle…

Tap a name above and her card opens right here.

Your own notes tonight

Anything that struck you that wasn't about anyone in particular. This lands on your Synthesis page too.

Before you head home

last 5 min
And if nothing did, the room was being too polite with you. Write that down instead — it's the more useful answer.
This page is yours aloneEverything the room wrote down for you tonight, gathered in one place. Nobody else can see this page — not the other women, not your host. Read it, then star the handful that actually land. What you star is what carries over into your 30-day plan, so be picky: three or four beats twenty.

Gathering what the room wrote…

Take it with you

The point of this pageYou don't leave with forty-seven scattered notes and an adrenaline high. You leave with one plan. The top half fills itself in from what you starred on your Synthesis page — the bottom half is the part only you can write. Do the first line before you leave the room tonight.

Pulling it together…

So what are you actually going to try?

Something you'd actually say out loud — the Twenty DM Challenge, Project Breadcrumb, the Tiny Launch. Named things get done.
Aim for a 6 or a 7. A 3 won't teach you anything you don't already know, and a 10 you won't start.

When exactly will you start?

Good intentions with no time attached quietly expire. Fill in every blank, even if you have to guess.
Small enough to finish in one sitting, without needing a good day or a spare hour.
One woman from the room, by name. She hears from you on day 7 and day 30 whether it went well or not — especially if it didn't.

Four check-ins over thirty days

What you promised the room

Every intro and favour you offered tonight while you were listening. Keeping these is the whole ballgame — a group like this dies of unpaid promises long before it dies of anything else.

Looking through tonight's notes…

So, what happened?

Your whole plan, on one page

The days afterThe Sleepover is one night. This page is for everything after it — who's stuck on what, and who's holding the thing that would unstick her. Everything on this tab is visible to every woman in the cohort. The honest section of your intake is not; that stays with your host.

What's on the table right now

The ones nobody has answered yet come first. If you've got five minutes, spend them at the top of this list.

Momentum wall

One line whenever something moves — shipped it, signed it, they said yes, they said no. Rejections count double here. The record lives on this wall; the celebrating still belongs in the group chat.

Start Aligned:
Your core identity reset

You don’t need a new plan. You need a new foundation.

Because clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder — it comes from coming home to yourself.

You’ve done the work, checked the boxes, and still feel like something’s off.
You don’t need another productivity hack.
You need a framework that helps you remember who you are — and design your life from there.

Start Aligned is a 5-module self-paced course that helps you reconnect to your Core Values, reframe your mindset, and build from clarity, not chaos.

By the end, you’ll know exactly who you are, what you want, and how to build your next chapter around it.

What's inside?
A powerful reset.

Your story gets clearer when you do. In Start Aligned, you'll be guided through a core reset:

Module 1: Create Your Playbook Nook
Set the stage. Design a space that sparks focus, creativity, and inspiration.

Loosen your grip on the “how.” Reconnect with possibility and expand your vision for what’s next.

Module 3: Reflect + Reframe
Look back on your year — not to dwell, but to decode what’s been working (and what hasn’t).

Module 4: Discover Your Core 3 Values
Identify the 3 values that define you — and learn how to use them as your filter for decisions, direction, and joy.

Module 5: Design What’s Next
Turn clarity into momentum. Translate your values into action and start creating the aligned life you’re meant to live.

When you finish, you’ll feel…

  • Clear on what drives you (and what doesn’t)

  • Confident in your choices and next steps

  • Grounded in a system that keeps you aligned — even when life pivots

  • Excited again about where you’re headed

This is for you if…

You’re the kind of woman who’s:
